As part of the exhibition ULTRA-LEGGERA – A Design Journey with Marcello Gandini Between Italy and Qatar, born from the collaboration between Studio Marcello Gandini, QAM, and VCUArts Qatar, the Museum presents its first Summer School, designed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino and Studio Gandini, focused on the theme of design.
Inspired by Marcello Gandini’s revolutionary thinking, The Design of Ideas is an intensive course aimed at exploring the connections between innovation, aesthetics, and mobility. The goal is to inspire a new vision of design through analog tools and practices that combine technical rigor with lateral thinking. The program will take place in iconic locations of innovation and design: the wind tunnel at Politecnico di Torino, Studio Gandini in Almese, and the museum spaces.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with professors, designers, and professionals who bring innovative and highly specialized knowledge and experience.
