Rolls-Royce 40/50 HP “Silver Ghost”

1914

The history of the famous English factory began in 1904 when the first car built by founder Henry Royce was released. He was joined by the eccentric aristocrat Charles Stewart Rolls, an enthusiastic young driver and dealer in London for the luxurious French Panhard cars. The model that enshrined the excellence of the brand and its supremacy over any other luxury icon was the 40-50 HP, better known as the Silver Ghost, considered the initiator of the Rolls- Royce legend, in production from 1907 to 1926.
