Iso Rivolta Lele F

1972

The Lele was built in 1969 as a one-off for an American customer who wanted a high-performance coupé with Italian styling. Designed by Marcello Gandini, designer for the coachbuilder Bertone, the Lele is a modern and luxurious 2+2 grand tourer with Corvette mechanics. Piero Rivolta, who took over the company after the death of his father Renzo, decided to present it at the New York Motor Show, in order to target the North American market with a new car and decided to name it Lele in tribute to his wife
